REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Ultimane™ is committed to providing you with the best quality of hair thinning products. If for any reason you are not happy with the product when it arrives, please contact us via info@ultimane.com and we will be happy to provide you with instructions for you to return your product for a full refund of the cost of the product.
Please note that a full refund will only be offered if the product is returned in its original box and with a copy of the invoice.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days from receipt of the returned product.
Damaged Or Incomplete Delivery
All products are thoroughly checked and are ascertained damage-free prior to dispatch. In the event customers receive damaged or incomplete items please notify us immediately via info@ultimane.com and we will endeavour to rectify the problem immediately.
